Annie is a Massachusetts Licensed Riding Instructor and working on her next goal of PATH Intl Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification. She developed and teaches the Mounted Archery Program at Misty Meadows. Annie is the 2019 International Mounted Archery Postal Champion, USA Archery Instructor I and II and a Mounted Archery Association of the Americas Registered Instructor. Annie is also a Registered Therapy Animal Handler and developed a Visiting Therapy Horse Program on Martha’s Vineyard in 2017. She takes her trained mini horse, Tony Smalls, to hospitals and into private homes to bring joy to folks who need it. Tony also performs many tricks and joins Annie at archery demos with her riding pony, Bucky. Tony Smalls is a popular artist, painting fabulous works of art which have sold all over the world. Annie grew up with horses and participated in point to pointers drag hunting, team chasing, and was a professional groom for many years. She has been a human and equine massage therapist for 17 years.
