Anna grew up a horse girl in the suburbs of Philadelphia, competing in hunter-jumpers, dressage and eventing and spending as much time in the barn as possible. As a newcomer on Martha's Vineyard, Anna quickly found her way to Misty to reconnect with horses. After spending some time volunteering and seeing the "Misty Magic", she started helping with horse care in the mornings. Anna comes to Misty Meadows with 9+ years of nonprofit experience, mainly in the fields of food and farming access and education. Now a full-time farmer in the summer, she enjoys spending the fall and winter days in the stables, working and caring for the Misty herd and learning from the other talented staff at Misty Meadows.
